GET IN TOUCHI began working in the industry in 2004 for a national IT company and through working at the forefront of a customer facing industry, I realised that customers were just a number to many businesses. I wanted to develop a strategy to deliver the best customer experience journey, from planning through to delivery and support. With this in mind, I set up SALCS in 2009 with a focus on enhancing the customer’s experience in everything we do. We now have a great foundation and although there is still plenty to do and build on, we are moving forward with a great team which can’t be matched.
Coming from a facilities management background, I applied my knowledge of processes, innovation and strategic planning to push myself into an operational environment at SALCS Installations.
In my current Operations management role, I report to the Managing Director, overseeing everything from managing the workflow from purchase orders to project implementation and final handover. This involves overseeing project planning activities and achieve maximum productivity for the client’s scope of work. Utilising my business acumen, I enjoy embracing new technology to find smarter ways of working and encouraging others to perform to the best of their capabilities, ensuring the current and future success of SALCS Installations.
Starting out in 1999 as a trainee Infrastructure Engineer, I quickly worked my way up to Team Leader within a few years. After spending 10 years on the tools, working in all manner of environments I was brought into the office to train as a Project Manager, shadowing an experienced Project Manager and within a few months, I was running the management of a major retail account.
With over 15 years project management experience behind me and a PRINCE2 Practitioner qualification, I’m confident enough to deliver any type of sophisticated infrastructure installation or retail rollout.
I have a great relationship with all of our clients at SALCS and feel that myself and the company offer an exceptional level of customer service along with a quality installation service.
My time in the industry started back in 1994 as a Junior Data Cabling Engineer and quickly worked my way up to a Team Leader.
Fast forward 10 years I had the opportunity to move into a more managerial role in the office as a Cabling Project Manager and based on my onsite knowledge I built up I was able to adapt quickly to the role.
Over the years that followed I have delivered structured cabling projects in several different sectors, Education, Hospitality, Health, Retail just to name a few especially in the M&E environment.
Working with some of the worlds leading cabling manufactures and suppliers, has helped me deliver bespoke infrastructure installations for these customers and here at SALCS we continue to work closely with these partners.
I began my telecommunications journey back in 2003 as a trainee data cabling engineer - Starting at the bottom and over the years building up my confidence and skill set.
I then sat my CNCI in Copper & Fibre, before being promoted to running all manner of data installations on sites from, retail and warehouse environments, offices, and schools, not to forget the one I enjoyed the most, data centres.
In 2017 I made the natural progression to project management and sat my CTPM, this qualification gave me a great understanding and knowledge, that I use in my everyday work.
I joined SALCS Installations in April 2023 and I’m enjoying being part of the team.
I’ve been working for SALCS since it was founded and have watched with pride the company grow quickly.
Subsequently, my workload has increased dramatically and it now involves dealing with all aspects of the accounts, including payroll, VAT returns, purchase orders and the day-to-day banking. I have seen the team increase over the years and with all the hard work put in SALCS now has a dedicated and successful team, which I am delighted to be a part of and I look forward to progressing with SALCS long into the future.
I’m a highly motivated Project Coordinator with 15 years of experience delivering successful projects on time and within budget. I possess exceptional organizational and customer service skills, allowing me to effectively manage complex projects and independently lead initiatives.

Joining SALCS Installations in June 2019, I brought a wealth of administrative experience (22 years) honed in dynamic environments. I thrive on challenges and the fast-paced nature of work.

My ability to communicate clearly and professionally with a wide range of people allows me to deliver exceptional customer service.
